1. Introduction

Multimedia content is an integral part of our lives. It shapes how we communicate and share information. Unfortunately, individuals with disabilities often face barriers when attempting to access multimedia content. This project proposal aims to survey the current technology dedicated to providing people with disabilities with adequate access to multimedia systems.

Because of this, this project aims to assess the current state of the technology in this sector, and potentially make recommendations for its improvement.
